Buffy the vampire slayer season 2 disc 2
this show is like video qualudes. It soothes and helps me get some work done. Why? It doesn't make you think. It just happens , you can sleep thru half an episode, its just boring and silly and pretty great. I hear that it just gets better too, so i'm looking forward to that. Thanks Joss Whedon.
Crash : or could i get a couple more actors in this movie please?
For fucks sake who isn't in this movie? This movie is basicly 5 minute clips of racism, and how that racism leads to more racism. How somebodys stupid hatred pushes into someone elses life and how that carries over into someone elses. So basicly this movie shows wh
at happens after you're an asshole to someone and how it effects everyone. It's kinda interesting. You know from jumpstreet that some shit is gonna go down. And you're just kinda waiting for it to happen. Everyone hates everyone, an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind and all that shit, but you see how one person makes a racist comment then that person makes one at the next person then the next and finally someone breaks down and kills someone.

so after finishing the book of this by walter tevis, which was fantastic, i went and rewatched this movie. and boy was i disappointed. The book was great, i even edited the entry in wikipedia because whomever wrote it said the book was exactly like the movie. The movie is nothing like the book. Tom Cruises character doesn't exist in the book. I didn't miss him one bit. The whole book focused on what it was like to be great and then slowly slid into mediocraty. Then fight you're way back to the top. The movie was a cheesy way to get two stars together in the same movie. Scorsesse did what he could with it, and made it watchable, but having read the book it ruined the movie for me. It could have been so much more. Now granted jackie gleason wasn't dead when they made this but he died the next year, but it would have been cool to see him play Minnesota Fats and go with all that stuff. I don't understand why they didn't just stick with the story. I don't know why it bothers me so much. This is the second book of tevis' that i have read the first being the man who fell to earth. And both of them have been made into movies that i like but after reading the book they could have been so much more. Both movies have been made by people who think alot about themselves, and that might have something to do with it. I would like to read the Hustler now, but I'm afraid if i do that i won't like the movie anymore either. shitty.

so i watched this with the roger ebert commentary and its a good thing that i did. Ususally i don't watch movies for the first time with commentary but i did with this one, and boy am i glad i did. This was a slow movie. So having ebert there to explain why i should keep watching even though i was bored helped. Ozu's movies are beautiful and comparing them to Jaques Tati isn't that far out of line. Or that movie last days, its kinda slow moving and beautiful. I had big things in mind for last days though, and i had nothing in mind for this so i enjoyed it more.

Some Kind of wonderful
Continueing my 80's adventures. John Hughes presents some kind of wonderful. I like eric stoltz in this and i wish he had been in more movies in the eighties. It would have been intersting to see him in BTTF. I wonder if the films still exsist. Lea T is ok, but the overall movie is alright. Casey Jones as a skinhead is pretty awesome, he's probably the best part of the movie.

wow, this is a movie full of emotion and hatred. Its amazingly captured and put to film. Well acted, by up and coming actors. Samuel L. Jackson, Martin Laurence, etc. I can't imagine what this movie was like when it came out. Mind bending i'm sure.
3 out of 5 for a lot of hatred.
Last Days
WTF whats the big deal about this movie. Its fucking terrible. so boring, why bother. It's supposed to be about kurt kobians last days. but its so fucking boring that i would say its about some dude who dresses like kurt kobain and wanders around a house while people are looking for him. WTF

Disc three of the brat pack collection is pretty good. I have always like this movie, and it is funnier now that i can look back and laugh, and admit that i was a bigger dork than even anthony michael hall in this movie. but now that that's out of the way fearless reader, let's move on. The fact that somebody got highschool some what close to right. this and fast times are pretty damn funny. John hughes makes the best movies. It would be interesting to see what he would make these days. Oh wait i looked it up on IMDB and he made fuckin maid in manhattan give me a break, i wish he would make a good movie. The fact that rudy the janitor is the one gettig married to molly ringwald's sister is hillarious.

i didn't see this movie in the theater. i had been waiting and waiting for it to come out and it came out while i was in japan, and when i rented it, it didn't live up to my expectations. but in retrospect its pretty damn good. i mean i expected a lot out of this movie. Johnny Depp is awesome in this movie, dafoe is good, blades is excelent as the retired fbi agent, salma hayek is always super hot, and eva whatsherfuck is really hot too. so good job robert rod, on this movie, mickey rourke is funny in his part you can see why you picked him to play marv.

thanks casey.
Sideways
I dont know how much i would have liked this movie if Garrett hadn't told me it's just like robbie and barskey going on vaca together. With that in mind this movie is freakin hillarious. It's a smart movie that actually did well in the theaters and word of mouth thru rentals. kinda the same era time frame as i *heart* huckabees, Closer, and garden state. they were very good and all very different but they have a tone that i think will be remembered as this era's like john hughes movies in the 80's. I wonder if anyone in common worked on all those? hmm something for me to do somenight when i'm bored. if you dont know the story its two dudes going out for a last hurrah before one gets married.

Geez, its snowing and what do i do? watch a bunch of movies. This movie rules, will hadn't seen it, so i introduced it to him, like everyone else, he really liked it. Thats cuz it fuckin rules. The part where he throws the extra clips down the hall and then shoots his way thru all the people and get's them half way thru, and the fight with whats his name. that's pretty sweet too.
I can't wait for ultra violet to come out.

Desperado
This movie is one of the first movies i really loved. Its kind of a bitter pill to swallow. On one hand i still like it but on the other hand i put it on such a high pedistal that each time i watch it its less and less good. Not like 400 blows which is better each time i watch it. Look at that, I might just be the first person to ever compare desperado to 400 blows. French new wave meets ex-indy action movie. jean-pierre laud vs antonio banderas. funny. anyway i do still like this movie but it has lost some of its luster. It has some charms but most of them are that this movie opened my eyes to what cinema could do. Thanks Robert Rodreguez.

Yes i have been on a 80's kick lately. It started with st. elmos fire then i wanted to see all my old favorites again. It had been probably ten years since i had seen most of these. Katie Paull really liked these and i had a crush on her so i watched them all. Noy that was a long time ago. This is probably one of my favorites. Because its so damn funny. The scene in the bar is probably my favorite. That and every scene with Chet. Rob really made me appreciate this movie by quoting it non-stop thru high school. This movie is probably the most perfect movie i have ever seen. do yourself a favor and see this movie as soon as possible. i will be renting more jean pierre melville movies as soon as possible. So this movie is so good because of the acting and the whole damn thing just fucking rules. its about a lone assasin in france in the sixties. Jarmush and John Woo both stole this movie to make thiers, jarmush to make ghost dog, and woo to make killers its kind of a combination of both of them and yet its better. This is a great damn movie.

i copied this from my favorite blog (vancouver canucks op-ed)
Blogger Quote of the Day.
From the Blog I'm Sorry I Had to Kill That Guy:
"The trade I have in mind? Oh, how about a Marcus Naslund [sic], just to go absolutely wild? I mean, yes, he’s kind of the soul of the team but therin lies the problem. For Naslund I expect you might be able to pick up an up-and-coming marquee player plus some solid second or third liner. It’s not like he’s planning on sticking around here much longer anyway. What are they waiting for? Sure, he scores goals but there are a few guys there who could pick up the slack."
An "up-and-coming" player and a third liner??? For Markus Naslund?
Frankly, for Naslund we expect to pick up the entire Columbus Blue Jackets. And their wives. And maybe a little extra cash.
(In other words: don't trade Naslund. Great blog name, though.)

why am i coping other people? because i think it interesting
Both political parties and the media are far to the right of the general population on a whole host of issues. And the population is just disorganized, atomized... And that's why the media and campaigns keep away from (political) issues. They know that on issues, they're going to lose people. So therefore you have... George Bush... this pampered kid who came from a rich family and went to prep school and an elite university. And you have to present him as an ordinary guy who makes grammatical errors, which I'm sure he's trained to make--he didn't talk that way at Yale--and a fake Texas twang, and he's off to his ranch to cut brush or something. It's like a toothpaste ad. And I think a lot of people know it.Link

Doug Rushkoff's final Thought Virus from his new book
Douglas Rushkoff's new book, "Get Back In The Box: Innovation from the Inside Out," will hit bookstores tomorrow. On his blog, Doug has posted his final "Thought Virus" from the book. From the excerpt:As my lectures bring me from industry to industry, I find myself amazed by just how little fun most people are having. Whether separated from one another by policy, competition, or cubicle, the last thing that seems to occur to people is to have fun together—when it should be the first priority. Instead, managers feel obligated to reign over employees; executives think they must hoodwink their shareholders; sales believe they must strong-arm their clients; and marketers assume they must manipulate the consumer. All for the life-or-death stakes of the next quarterly report...Link
Instead of relentlessly pursuing survival even after our survival needs are met, we must learn how to do things because they fulfill us— because they are, in a word, fun. Fun is not a distraction from work or a drain on our revenue; it is the very source of both our inspiration and our value. A genuine sense of play ignites our creativity, eases communication, promotes goodwill and engenders loyalty, yet we tend to shun it as detrimental to the seriousness with which we think we need to approach our businesses and careers.
If we can switch our orientation to fun, and see it not as an anarchic threat that needs to be quelled but rather as the core motivator and source of meaning for all human thought and behavior beyond basic survival, we will enable ourselves to reach levels of success that were previously unimaginable. Our very definition of success transcends survivalist notions such as cash reserves, time remaining, or personal safety, into the realms of self-worth, meaning, connection to others, and greater purpose. Plus, it’s better business.

Vancouver Canucks vs. Ottawa Senators
So the canucks were playing the number one team in the league last night. I left a work party with free booze to walk to a sports bar 14 blocks away in 20 degree's weather to pay 4.00 for a pint of pabst at the bar that has the hockey package. But it was all worth it so see the canucks win a hard fought grinder against ottawa. Daniel Sedins Shooot out goal was awesome! The way bertuzzi pushed that puck in it was kick ass! Hasek got pwned. Sorry Auld was on top of things. But the real heros in this game was the defensive squad. holding ottawa to about six shots a period for the second two and only nine in the first. ottawas first goal was good and it was a shorty by goddamn peter schafer that SOB. don't think i've forgotten what he did on the canucks! but the second one was a garbage goal deflecting off like three people and in over aulds shoulder. nazzys goal was awesome in a powerplay right of the bat. and a big thanks to the dominator for being so damn cocky and comnig out so far so that daniel could get the second marker in the first. and a big FU to hasek for slide tackeling bertuzzi to draw a goalie interfernce call with 20 seconds to go in OT. So good job canucks! and a big im jelous to kaisa and jacob for getting to actually go to this game.

so i bumped into this movie on accident while doing research on willie nelson. It's not brilliant. But it is fun. Willie Nelson and Kris Kristopherson in the same movie. Playing characatures of themselves. Willie Nelson at one point wears a leather "members only" jacket. It's a fun movie. willie and kris both are very charismatic and fun to watch run through this movie. " i bet your living room still looks like elvis's wedding reception" is a good quote.

New York Dolls: All Dolled Up
This movie played at work and it was free, so i worked late until it started. I fell asleep 30 minutes into it and slept thru about fifteen minutes of this movie. I really didn't think all that much of it. The things that i wanted to see about NY dolls were johnny thunders and the later malcolm mclaren years, which this movie didn't talk about at all. It was basicly film from thier first three years. If you're a purist you'd probably love it, but if you're a mild fan meh, pass on it. I wish i had.

ok, so i'm a dork. It's true. I loved this cartoon growing up, this and beavis and butthead were the reasons to watch liquid television. So when i heard that they were going to make a movie about it, i was stoked. When i heard it was going to be live action i thought give me a break. I have been seeing the trailers for it and i thought it looked pretty crappy. But there is one good thing about the movie coming out... they put out the whole series and all the liquid tv shorts in one big box set! Finally. So killer! The movie was lame and thier was a bunch of exposition. Couldn't they have got some foriegn director to direct it and make it cool? Oh wait it was made by mtv films. never mind. wait a sec, they made napolean dynamite. They took a chance with that, why not make An esoteric AF movie like the cartoons? Pirates of the Caribean and The Ref
So i started to watch pirates which i had only seen once last night at it was about as good as i remembered it to be which is a bit above fair-to-middlin'. but to my suprise when i woke up the ref was on. Now back in the late 90's i was a huge fan of denis leary and would seek him out wherever he was, which led me to this movie that even as a teenager i though was crap built around a funny guy. Back then i was thinking couldn't they have come up with a better premise than this? Kevin spacey is in it too, but it was before he was KEVIN SPACEY. Denis Leary does his thing well, but everyone else seems like they can't figure the thing out.

This movie is pretty intersting. Not that great but pretty good. An intersting look at what hapens to someone when they think they're the shit, and they're really kinda small potatoes. Not to say that i don't like boondock saints, I do. but Troy Duffy is kinda full of himself. And its a shame too. Because i would love to see what else this guy has to offer, but it seems like he burnt all his bridges with hollywood and music, and it really made me sad to see his brother doing construction. It seemed like he had some talent, and it looks as though his brother troy pissed away all of his brothers chances. Not that he cares about anything but himself. But what do i know i only watched a documentary made by people who are pissed off because they didn't get any money for their hard work during this time. So maybe they're alittle biased. just maybe.

He sees a picture of a lady in an old hotel, and decides that he wants to go back in time to meet her. I really like the way they do time travel in this, its freakin sweet, and almost believable. i am curious : yellow and blue
This movie taught me a good lesson. Just because a movie is/was controversial does not mean it is good or entertaining. Some times it is. But i mean really, showgirls was controversial when it came out and it is utter shite. I think that i used to equate controversial with good. I no longer do. I could see why this movie was contriversial in the late 60's but come on. a couple medicore softcore sex scenes and alot of docudrama bullshit. I've seen better episodes of firefly. not that these movies are terrible , becasue they aren't. it was not a waste of my time, im glad i went out of my way to see them, but i wont be watching them again and i wont be recomending them.
basicly its about this movie director who is making this documentary about the social state of sweden in the sixties and his girlfriend. it is filmed in a loose open way which is one of the only redeming values of the movie, that and the interview with martin luther king jr. was really cool i thought. but other wise i dunno, i was expecting more. another case of my hopes being too high and getting let down.

first one...
"Come on god, answer me. for years I'm asking why, why are the innocent dead and the guilty alive? Where is justice? Where is punishment? Or have you already answered, have you already said to the world here is justice, here is punishment, here, in me."
woohoo im starting a blog after years of ignoring the trend. why? you may ask well simply because i am bored. My plan is to start being a real dork and reviewing movies on at least a weekly basis. and if i have fun at it more often than that.
aristocrats
So I went into this movie with some amount of skeptisism. When a movie is supposed to be disgustingly funny it usually is just dumb. However this movie was funny as throwing tacobell sauce on your friends ex-girlfriends lawn while driving thier dad's dodge ram pickup. No really. Bob Sagat was HILLARIOUS. The fact that they don't distract from the dialog by telling you who is who during the movie was great. I dont know how long movie reviews are supposed to be but, well this movie was funny, and if you are asking yourself what the hell movie is this anyway, you probably wouldn't like it. Sorry to break it to you but I am a movie snob.

eraserhead
Eraserhead wha?
"But in my room
Wish you were dead,
You bawl like the baby
In Eraserhead"
Ok first off what the fuck is so great about this movie? Was i not in the mood last night? Do i need to be on drugs to enjoy this movie? God i hope not. Ok its wierd, but so is Esta Noite Encarnarei no Teu Cadáver (yes i have seen it, bitch) And that movie is old and creepy. Eraserhead just seemed like it was trying to hard. Granted first feature lenght movie. Granted Lynch was trying to make it wierd. The DVD aspect of it is great clean and clear transfer. I appreciated the calbration thing at the begining too, some people might have poorly calibrated tvs. Cool. Over all rent it if you want some stupid wierd shit to happen.

Scenes from a marriage
Ok so igmar bergman is amazing. We all know that right. His shit is hard to watch. But its always worth it. This is no different. Its tough to watch this movie but it is amazing. erland josephson and liv ullman are fucking phenominal. check it outs its worth the time invested.

so im moving all my old posts from my old blog over here, if any one ever read my old one, and you still read this one sorry for the repeat.
adaptation
damn i love this movie, it is good. charlie kaufman is the best. spike jones directing is good too. and nick cage is actually good. belive it or not. i didn't thats why i didn't see this movie for along time. but when i finally did it was freaking fantastic. charlie kaufman writes the best movies. always fresh and always cool. i cant wait for his next one.

heartbreak ridge
this was a good movie, classic clint eastwood. mean but with a heart of gold. beating the weak kids into shape and then they come to his aid. and blah blah blah, i watched it cuz clint is cool.? and no other reason.? mario van peebles is funny and really dated.

episode three w/ audio commentary additional
so i relized i think why these three movies suck.
ready?
NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE STORY OR DIALOGUE.
except for the audience!!!
didn't anyone listen to what the people are saying, how about some ADR and fix that shit.?
no one is watching the wheel. the guys on the comentary say a couple times "this part is perfect" or this section is "just perfect" all they are talking about is the back ground. or makeup or production design. these are all important parts of a movie but for fucks sake did you forget about the story? george lucas kept talking about enjoying some part but having to cut it out because of "the story" why even bother. i bet the parts that he had fun on would be great. fuck star wars. make a good movie. there i said it. i never thought i would. i grew up with starwars and i love the original and i even like empire but jedi thru sith suck ass. sorry george. the ewok adventure is better, and that sucks balls too. they just keep talking about minutia of the process like what they used for stuff that they cg'd over, like the blue glove that turns into anikens bad hand. who cares, i want to hear why in the name of god was the "younglings dialoge" scene in there, we've all heard carrie fisher talk about who she felt about the stiff dialoge in starwars, and how she envied harrison becasuse he could use some more modern terms and talk becasuse he was cool. So who was the cooler character? who came out better? did you learn a lesson mr lucas? no i dont mean let harrison ford write your dialoge, nice try, WRITE SOME MORE NATURAL DIALOGUE. i mean you have ewan mcgregor and nat portman great actors why give them that shite to say, you know they can act.
ok im gonna cut you some slack george. you have made some of my favorite movies, starwars, american graffiti, and THX, and you and your companies are responcible for some incredible innovations. i will grant you that. so.
you said in your interview with wired that your plan is to make more innovative movies, experimental stuff like stan brakhage (sp?) that sounds like a plan, ill be the first in line, but it better work this time!
episode three w/ audio commentary
hmm... listening to lucas explain himself is interesting. not that great though.

if i could have...
seen they might be giants for free on sunday and i didn't does that make me a bad person? i even drove right past the building and didn't stop? hmmm? hindsight is always 20/20. they probably would have played a bunch of songs i didn't know and id be waiting for them to play particle man....
Ladykillers
when i first saw this in the theater i didn't think much of it. but i found myself talking about it well. so after telling people about it and finding myself likeing it quite a bit i rewatched it and ended up thinking it was freaking hillarious. its subtle to be sure but damn funny. i tried watching the original with alec guiness and maybe someday ill go back to it, but for now i just like the new one.
coen brothers blah blah, tom hanks blah blah, marlon wayons blah blah, pancake and mt. girl blah blah,
its good

Fire and Ice
ralph bakshi's movies are hard to find sometimes. they go out of print. they are an aquired taste. heavy traffic, LOTR, are out on dvd. but some - hey good lookin, street fight, and american pop is almost out of print. but fire and ice coming out is good. franzetta co created it and that makes it pretty cool. it is pretty dated by todays standards but its still cool. and disc 2 comes with the franzetta documentary painting with fire. all in all its a cool pack.

outsiders: complete novel
2 ralph machio movies in two days wow. no rest for the wiched. well this movie is pretty damn good. i dont think i ever watched the whole thing. i liked all the parts put back into it. some times i think that putting parts back into movies is a bad idea ie. apocalypse now, and army of darkness. but putting the cut elements back into the outsiders was a move i thought was good. like putting the cut stuff back in T2 yeah!
It's greasers vs. Soc's and its all out war with Swayze, Estevez, Lowe, Macchio, Howell, Cruise, vs lief garret, and garret looses. so thats good, the girl is pretty damn hot, and the story is sad. but good.

Karate Kid: Special Edition (with commentary)
so if you know me you know that i fuckin love the karate kid.? i have read all the websites about it and all the stuff that they left out of the movie etc.? i am a big fuckin dork. so what. i owned the soundtrack as a kid and wore the tape out.? it was great, thanks to digital technology i own it again and its still awesomely cheesy.? so when the first one finally came out of dvd i was pretty sad to see there were no extras to speak of.? so when this new box set came out a while ago i was kinda pissy about it, but i ended up getting it used.? so now i hold in my hot little hands the copy of karate kid se that ive wanted for a while now, with the audio commentary that i've been dieing to hear. and its good, not great but everyone there is having a good time. i haven't watched the featurettes yet, but i suspect they will be good.
if you dont know how this relates to the movie then you haven't watched it enough. sucka.

frighteners
i remember thsi movie being good. I watched it right after it came out, with barskey over at my dad's house back in 96.
it was good back then but it holds up quite well, i really like michael j fox. he rules and im sad that he is sick and not going to make anymore movies.
one of the major factors of this movie ruling is peter jackson writing it and directing it. its hard to belive that after this movie, he made lord of the rings. the wienstien brothers showed great forsight letting him do those movies. really i mean wow. dead alive, meet the feebles, heavenly creatures, frighteners, then LOTR wow.
but i digress, this movie kicks ass. r lee emery especially.

before sunset p.s.
i hope he makes another one every ten years i think america could use its own antonie dionel series. that would be cool. or someone could make an even better one. i dunno.
Before Sunset
I like this movie too. that makes me have bad taste. its kind of a cheap rip off playing off peoples good memories of a good movie. some things were great and somethings were not. like linkletter trying to make it look low budget instead of making it lowbudget. but over all i like this movie but i have to be inthe right mood. whatever. boo friggin hoo
superman : or how i stopped worring and started to love the crappy hollwood movie.
so i remember this movie being really slow and boring and rewatching it, i can tell it wasn't made for kids it was made for grown ups with a little longer attention span cuz you have to wait along time for any payoff. margo kidder is kinda hot as a mix between demi moore (is she related to steve moore?) and courtney cox. so shes hot basicly in a wierd way.
its pretty good. im looking forward to seeing the new one, do a good job bryan singer.
the wierdest thing about it is that mario puzo wrote it. all it really needed is a delorean.

assault on precinct 13 (2004?)
it has none of the pacing or suspense that make the first one so cool, its just hurry hurry hurry, and i think that is one of the reasons that the old one is so hard for me to watch is that its filmed on an older cinema language. for a different audience in a different time. the new one is easy to watch too easy and fairly predictable. i liked laurence fishburne in a kinda morpheus meets frank black role. he was cool and collected and a BMF. whats not to like. leguizamo was good in his character of an annoying crack head that screams "im annonoying and will sell you out at the first possible opportunity. over all it was enjoyable but not a good as carpenters. i would like to see if the director has any other movies and i'd like to check them out.

Now as long as i dont watch this movie too often it fucking rules. its great. It is so over the top and perfect that its just perfect not too much not too little just right. ahhh jason is all his killer glory. freddy isn't my favorite but still jason rules and freddy loses so, its all one big happy ending cant wait for part 2 vs ash.

ok, so when this movie came out i heard everyone talking about it. so i went and saw it. and i didn't really like it. i thought it was stupid. but 9 years later, i watched it again and i get it. its freakin brilliant. some dude who liked horror movies made his own ultimate horror movie. got horror movie master wes craven to direct it. kick ass. much better than i remeber it. sweet.

so i have seen this movie a couple times and each time it is different first time was ok second time was great and this time i saw it probably for what it really is. crap. im sorry to admit it. i did like it. did. the action is still good. but the acting is so crappy. soooo crappy. i will go see part two though. but do me a favor avi arad. dont pander to the people who didn't see 1 dont revist the origin. you want them to buy it anyway dont you? just get to the action.

elephant
so the one reason that i watched this movie is that i was bored in my hotel room. ok and it was filmed right down the street from kennedy. so is gus van sants movie about schools anygood? well that depends if you like following high school kids down highschool hallways. if you do then your in for a treat, if you dont then you might be alittle bored with 70 percent of this movie. the last part is pretty damn mind blowing and i guess the slow stuff in the begininng is just to make it that much more so, cuz you know what its a bout and you keep waiting for it to happen. it was nice to see northeast portland though. oh and the kids are believable in their roles. there were no richard greekos trying to make believe ala 21 jump street.
over all it was pretty good ,but i wouldn't go out of my way.

the Transporter and Transporter 2.
This is what i miss in Transporter 2. Sweet car? a shitty blinged out audi? bleech. that's not the super-pimp black bmw from the first one. i dont buy it frank wouldn't drive that shitty thing. the Lamberghini at the end dope! but the SFX with the plane at the end suck balls. and whats up with the bad guy fighting in a kendo costume at the begining but not fighting kendo style? and why does he hardly put up any fight at the end? with all his sweet fighting? i dunno. my next complaint is that all the "hot chicks" in this movie look like paris hilton clones. Tall skinny with a tight little ass and small tits. they were fit dont get me wrong but how about a little variety? Too many skinny chicks, ugly blingy car, and sketchy SFX at the end not great a carchases and an lack luster opening all made me very disapointed in Transporter 2. But the good news is, similar to the matrix movies, the sequel makes you appriciate the original.

Career Oportunities
Every job they offer you is to keep you out the dock
Career opportunity, the ones that never knock"
hmm whatever happened to that guy anyway? Well after he played brett in pulp fiction "look at the big brain on brett" not much. but this movie is still a slice of life from back when there was only one target in vancouver and it was next to lamonts.. word. so the movie is kinda crappy but i remeber it being so rad. stuck in a target to play with all the cool shit with a MEGA-HOT chick. The fact that john hughes wrote it doesn't really help it much. hmmm. it is fun but not great.
