This movie is a turd. Arthur walks around drunk all the time and it stinks. He is just some rich guy who walks around ny drunk with a stupid bultler that smarts off. He is the best part of the movie. How the hell did this become a hit? How did anyone make this movie. what ever. don't watch this movie.
